How to register for an account.
1. Click the LogIn/SignUp link.
2. Click the SignUp button.
Populate fields
1. Fill-in the form.
2. Click Submit.
Read and Sign User Agreement
1. Read Beta User Agreement
2. Download agreement, sign it and scan it
3. Upload signed agreement.
4. The system will log you out, and you will need to wait to receive an approval email before logging back in.
